Primary Teacher – Flexible Temporary Roles in Southport

About the role

Teaching Personnel is recruiting qualified Primary Teachers for a range of temporary assignments across Southport and surrounding areas such as Ormskirk and Burscough. Positions start immediately or from September and cover Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and follow each school's policies and curriculum.

Required profile

• Qualified Primary Teacher with appropriate teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid enhanced DBS check.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in various schools on a temporary basis.
