About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join schools across Cambridgeshire from September 2026. The positions are full‑time and long‑term, offering the chance to make a lasting impact on pupils' learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning aligned with the national curriculum.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback and support attainment.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents and carers to enhance student outcomes.
• Contribute to wider school activities and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
