Primary Teacher – Full‑time, Long‑term (Sept 2026)

About the role

We are recruiting passionate Primary Teachers for full‑time, long‑term positions across Cambridgeshire, starting in September 2026. You will join schools that value high‑quality teaching and aim to make a lasting impact on pupils' learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning in line with the national curriculum.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Monitor and support pupil progress and attainment, providing timely feedback.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents and carers to enhance student outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extra‑curricular activities and school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
