About the role
Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic KS1 teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Dover and the South East. The role offers both long‑term placements starting in September and flexible day‑to‑day supply work, providing varied classroom experience in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow each school’s policies and curriculum expectations.
- Adapt confidently to different classroom settings for supply assignments.
- Monitor and support pupil progress where required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Flexible, reliable and adaptable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
