Primary Teacher (KS2) – Full Academic Year in Nantwich

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join a friendly, forward‑thinking primary school in Nantwich from September 2026. This full‑time, one‑year contract offers the chance to make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and to become part of a supportive school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and well‑structured classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all learners reach their full potential.
• Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities, including pupils with SEND and EAL.
• Maintain strong behaviour management and promote a culture of respect and high expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
