Primary Teacher (KS2) – Maternity Cover in Eastbourne

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher for Key Stage 2 to cover a maternity leave from September 2026 to July 2027 in a welcoming Eastbourne primary school. The role is full‑time and fixed‑term, offering the chance to join a supportive community where high‑quality teaching is valued.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging KS2 lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress throughout the academic year.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching.
