Primary Teacher – Long‑Term September Vacancy

About the role
We are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Gateshead from September. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am‑3:30 pm, and runs during term time only.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports wellbeing and creativity.
- Monitor pupil progress, assess learning outcomes and adapt instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high‑quality teaching standards.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Passion for primary education and the ability to inspire young learners.
