Primary Teacher – Supply Positions in Medway (Gillingham)

About the role
Reed Education is recruiting supply teachers for primary schools across the Medway area. The role offers flexible days and hours, covering short‑term daily cover as well as longer assignments in local schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the primary curriculum to pupils across all Key Stages.
- Provide day‑to‑day classroom cover and maintain continuity of learning.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of each class.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary settings is preferred.
- Willingness to work on a flexible, as‑needed schedule.
- Strong communication skills with pupils, staff and parents.
