About the role
Protocol Education is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a forward‑thinking primary school in Oxted. The role is full‑time, starts in September 2026 and includes additional leadership responsibilities such as subject or phase coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupils in reaching their full potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Take charge of an agreed area of school leadership (e.g., curriculum development, mentoring colleagues).
- Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
- Collaborate with parents, staff and external agencies to support student success.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Interest in or experience of leadership duties within a school.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and teamwork.
