Primary Teacher with Additional Responsibilities

About the role

Protocol Education is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a forward‑thinking primary school in Oxted. The role is full‑time, starts in September 2026 and includes additional leadership responsibilities such as subject or phase coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupils in reaching their full potential.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Take charge of an agreed area of school leadership (e.g., curriculum development, mentoring colleagues).
• Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
• Collaborate with parents, staff and external agencies to support student success.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Interest in or experience of leadership duties within a school.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and teamwork.
