Primary Teacher – Year 3 (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Reeson Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a Year 3 class in a friendly Lambeth primary school. The role starts in September 2026 and runs for one academic year on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis. You will join a collaborative community that values high aspirations for every pupil and a knowledge‑rich curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports confidence, independence and resilience.
• Monitor pupil progress using assessment data and provide targeted support.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to enrichment activities and collaborative school projects.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Excellent classroom management and strong curriculum knowledge.
• High expectations for behaviour, progress and achievement.
• Reflective, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development.
