Primary Teacher – Year 3 – Lambeth

About the role

A forward‑thinking primary school in Lambeth is seeking an ambitious Primary Teacher to join its Lower KS2 team from September 2026. You will lead a Year 3 class, helping pupils develop independence and confidence as they transition into Key Stage 2.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, ambitious lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
• Support pupils as they transition successfully into Key Stage 2.
• Use formative assessment to drive pupil progress.
• Create a classroom culture built on curiosity and resilience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative learning experiences.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent UK primary teaching experience.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom practice.
• Ability to motivate and challenge pupils of all abilities.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with families and staff.
• Reflective mindset and commitment to continual professional development.
