Primary Teacher – Year 4 (Temporary, Full‑Time)

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join a one‑form entry primary school in Winsford. The successful candidate will lead a Year 4 class on a full‑time basis from September until Christmas 2026, delivering engaging lessons in a safe and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for Year 4 pupils.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and fellow staff to uphold school standards.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with the right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
• Experience of teaching primary‑age children, preferably in a Year 4 setting.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost reimbursed).
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality education until December 2026.
