About the role

We are partnering with several welcoming primary schools in Walton‑on‑Thames that are recruiting teachers for September 2026. The schools seek enthusiastic educators to join their teams across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering both permanent and long‑term contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and support pupils’ academic progress and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, leadership teams and parents to enhance student outcomes.
• Participate in school‑wide initiatives, extracurricular activities and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) or equivalent.
• Early‑career teachers (ECTs) seeking their first teaching post are welcome.
• Strong communication and classroom‑management abilities.
• Commitment to fostering children’s academic and personal growth.
