Primary Teaching Assistant – Crawley

About the role

Engage Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils in secondary schools across Crawley. You will work closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and provide additional support to students both in the classroom and during extra‑timet activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support students in and out of the classroom.
• Assist teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support where required.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage students to reach their full potential.

Required profile

• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
