About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support students across a range of primary schools in Bradford. You will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the classroom for each session in collaboration with teachers.
- Provide small‑group or one‑to‑one support to pupils as required.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and record‑keeping.
- Support behaviour management and help maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Patient and able to build strong relationships with children.
- Empathetic, kind, caring and approachable.
- Experience working with special‑needs students.
- Strong behavioural management skills.
