About the role
Join a welcoming primary school in St. Albans as a Primary Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with experienced teachers to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them achieve academic, social and emotional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom support for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups on literacy and numeracy tasks.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
