Principal RF Engineer (EHF/mmWave)

About the role
Technical Futures Ltd is seeking a hands‑on Principal RF Engineer to lead the research and development of RF and microwave products across EHF bands (Q/V Band). You will solve complex design challenges and drive high‑performance RF subsystems from concept through to production within a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects for RF and microwave products in the EHF spectrum.
- Design, simulate, and validate RF circuits and subsystems up to and beyond 40 GHz.
- Deliver complete RF solutions from concept to manufacturing.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.
- Operate and interpret results from advanced RF test equipment.
Required profile
- Strong academic background in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience designing RF and mmWave systems.
- Deep knowledge of EHF bands, specifically Q and V bands above 40 GHz.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
- Solid understanding of RF circuit theory.
