About the role

Our client is a fast‑paced, high‑quality print production business seeking an experienced Print Finisher to join the production team. The role involves operating finishing equipment and ensuring all printed materials meet quality standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate guillotines, PUR binding machines, die cutters, saddle‑stitching equipment, folding, laminating, creasing and perforating machines.
• Quality‑check finished work to meet client specifications.
• Pack and prepare jobs for dispatch.
• Maintain equipment and report any faults.
• Collaborate closely with print and design teams.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Previous print finishing experience.
• Strong print production knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good organisational skills.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Team player.
• Clean driving licence.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

What we offer

• Salary £32,000 – £36,000 per annum.
• Temp‑to‑perm contract with full‑time hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday).
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic print production environment.
