Print & Graphic Designer – Apparel

About the role

We are seeking a talented Print & Graphic Designer to join a leading ladies' wear supplier. The role is ideal for a commercially minded creative who thrives in a fast‑paced, trend‑driven environment and can deliver modern, on‑trend print and graphic designs for key retail accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clothing designers to develop print and graphic artwork that aligns with each customer’s design direction.
• Create innovative, on‑trend prints, including all‑over repeats, placement prints, and motif designs.
• Check strike‑offs and Pantone approvals to ensure colour accuracy and quality.
• Attend customer meetings and present work confidently when required.
• Research catwalk and trend directions and translate them into commercial, sellable designs.
• Liaise with overseas factories to ensure design intent is accurately delivered.
• Produce high‑quality, print‑ready artwork while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong commercial portfolio showcasing inspirational prints, graphics, slogans, and motifs for ladies' wear.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑product ladieswear environment.
• Modern, contemporary design style with a confident sense of colour and texture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Enthusiastic, creative and calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with related CAD software for print‑ready artwork production.
