Print Machine Operative – Full Training Provided

About the role

Join a busy print‑on‑demand manufacturing team as a Print Machine Operative. You will work on a rotational shift pattern, operating a variety of printing and finishing equipment while receiving full training on all machines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor print, photocopier, laminating, guillotine, bar‑coding, scanning, trimming, rewinder and binder machines.
• Maintain high quality standards and flag any inconsistencies to team leaders.
• Assist with pick‑and‑pack duties during equipment downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions accurately.

Required profile

• Interest in the print industry and a natural curiosity about how machines work.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work to high quality standards.
• Good eyesight (corrective glasses acceptable) and basic numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience with print/photocopier machines (beneficial but not essential).
• Familiarity with laminating, guillotine, bar‑coding, scanning, trimming, rewinder and binder equipment.
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
