Print Production Operative

About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Print Production Operative to join our established signage and graphics manufacturing team in Greater Manchester. You will work across a range of large‑format print, cutting, laminating and finishing processes, supporting the flow of work from artwork to finished product.
Key responsibilities
- Operate large‑format digital printers and Zünd cutting equipment.
- Perform laminating, finishing and pre‑press quality checks.
- Prepare files for production and assist with pre‑press tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Required profile
- Experience in large‑format print, signage, display graphics or a similar production environment.
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands‑on setting and willing to tackle any part of the workflow.
- Understanding of the print production process from artwork preparation to final cutting and finishing.
