Private Banking Executive – Bilingual/Trilingual

About the role

As a Private Banking Executive at Barclays in London, you will support Private Bankers and Wealth Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining high‑net‑worth clients. You will act as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operational matters and help promote banking and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with client acquisition, onboarding and retention activities.
• Handle client inquiries on banking transactions, investments, credit and digital solutions.
• Prepare client‑facing meeting materials, correspondence, documentation and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations and other support functions to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support marketing of banking and investment products to existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Experience in private banking, wealth management or a similar client‑facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, risk management and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, governance).
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual or trilingual proficiency in any of Turkish, Mandarin/Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi or Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
