About the role
We are looking for a proactive Private Client Assistant to join our modern law firm in Chepstow. The role supports the Private Client team in delivering high‑quality wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and preparing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Support probate and estate administration processes.
- Liaise with clients to arrange document execution and signatures.
- Maintain and update case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with the team to meet service standards and client expectations.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
