Private Client Director

About the role

The Private Client Director will generate new business by contacting high‑net‑worth leads provided by Fisher Investments, qualifying prospects and arranging face‑to‑face meetings. The role is focused on selling investment solutions, with support from portfolio management and client service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Make warm introductory calls to qualified high‑net‑worth leads.
• Schedule and conduct in‑person appointments to present Fisher’s investment approach.
• Convert prospects into new clients, growing assets under management.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and client service groups to transition new accounts.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and meet defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven individual sales success with stock‑market investors.
• RDR Level 4 qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Track record of closing new investor business and achieving revenue goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and a results‑driven attitude.
