About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review wills, ranging from basic to complex structures.
• Draft and manage Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
• Handle probate matters for private clients.
• Provide tailored advice on private client matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Support business development by building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible working model and respond to individual client needs.
• Motivation to progress within a bespoke career development framework.

Required skills

• Experience drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney and handling probate.
• STEP qualification (funding provided if not already held).
