About the role
We are seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join a well‑regarded regional law firm in New Mills. The role offers the chance to work on wills, trusts, probate and lasting powers of attorney within a supportive, progressive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage or assist with a caseload of wills, probate, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
- Support the Head of Department on more complex private client matters.
- Communicate confidently with clients and provide high‑quality legal advice.
Required profile
- Experience or specialism in private client matters.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload and work independently.
- Determination, drive to progress and willingness to take on greater responsibility.
- Suitable for a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced paralegal.
