Private Client Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Manager to lead the boutique’s private client strategy in central London. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build and nurture relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, delivering bespoke experiences that showcase the brand’s most exclusive collections.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth and Very Important Clients.
• Identify new private client opportunities through networking, referrals and existing relationships.
• Lead private appointments and curate personalised shopping experiences across fine jewellery, made‑to‑measure and other high‑value categories.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to coordinate bespoke projects, special orders and exclusive events.
• Utilise CRM data and client insights to create long‑term engagement strategies.
• Act as the boutique’s ambassador for private client development, inspiring colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably working with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and drive sales through trust and discretion.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets in high‑value product categories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
