About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our well‑established law firm in Devon. The successful candidate will inherit a varied, high‑quality caseload and work within a supportive, forward‑thinking team.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and advise on wills and estate planning documents
Manage probate and estate administration matters
Draft and administer trusts
Handle lasting powers of attorney and related client queries

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Private Client work
Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and LPA
Excellent client‑care skills and collaborative attitude
Ambitious desire for long‑term career development
