About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a leading UK law firm in Oxford. This associate‑level position focuses on high‑net‑worth estate planning, tax advice, and private client services, offering exposure to complex transactions and bespoke solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning matters.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
• Collaborate with partners on complex transactions and bespoke estate planning solutions.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Ensure accurate time recording, billing, and compliance with key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax, trusts, and estate planning.
• Excellent organisational and client‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently on complex matters.
