Private Client Solicitor (Banbury)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our well‑established team in North Oxfordshire. You will work alongside experienced solicitors, secretaries and directors, providing specialist advice on wills, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate statutory interpretation and legal advice to private clients.
• Support colleagues across the department with case work and client queries.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives to grow the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Private Client work.
• Positive, creative approach to client relations and business development.
• Strong collaborative attitude and ability to work across the firm.
• Excellent communication skills, punctual, honest and trustworthy.
• Understanding of confidentiality and commitment to high‑quality client service.
