About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing private client team in Epsom. You will manage a busy caseload of trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney and wills while supporting the department’s marketing and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including trusts, probate, LPAs and wills.
- Assist with department-wide marketing and training activities.
- Delegate and supervise work performed by paralegals and support staff.
- Maintain high‑quality client service and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX/FCILEX) with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in private client work such as wills, probate and trusts.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
