About the role

Our client, a rapidly expanding multi‑office firm based in Essex, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to lead its Private Client department. The successful candidate will join an established team and help drive growth by leveraging cross‑departmental opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Private Client department, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of private client matters, providing expert legal advice.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to generate new business and cross‑sell services.
• Mentor and support junior solicitors and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards.

Required profile

• Solid background and relevant qualifications in Private Client law.
• Ambitious, hard‑working and personable with a desire to progress.
• Proven ability to manage a team and handle a strong flow of work.
