Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid, 40+ days holiday

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established high‑street practice in Handforth. The successful candidate will become part of a five‑person team, handling a full range of private client matters with the support of dedicated paralegals and secretaries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Wills, Trusts and Probate files for private clients.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice across all private client services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client care.
• Manage a varied caseload efficiently and meet all statutory and client deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (including candidates qualified by experience).
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in private client law, with specific exposure to Wills and Probate.
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain a client base.
• Proven track record of handling diverse caseloads and meeting deadlines.
