Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of estate administration and probate matters.
- Draft wills and provide tax‑planning advice.
- Advise on trusts and related advisory work.
- Handle lasting powers of attorney and support elderly clients.
- Prepare and manage Court of Protection applications.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.
