We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our friendly Private Client team in Bexhill. The role offers high‑quality private client work, supportive colleagues and the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting wills and providing succession planning advice.
• Managing estate administration and probate matters, including for elderly clients.
• Preparing and advising on lasting powers of attorney.
• Delivering clear, compassionate advice to private and vulnerable clients.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to manage caseloads.

Required profile

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Proven experience handling a range of private client and probate matters.
• Strong will‑drafting and estate administration expertise.
• Confidence advising elderly or vulnerable clients.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client‑care skills.
