Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid Working in Plymouth

About the role

We are expanding our Private Client team in Plymouth and are looking for a qualified solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive to join us on a hybrid basis. The role offers autonomy, clear progression and a balanced work‑life mix while serving high‑net‑worth clients across the South West.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and draft documents on wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and tax planning.
• Manage estate administration and wealth‑preservation strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the Private Client department.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive.
• Significant experience in wills, probate, trusts and LPAs.
• Open to senior associates, legal directors or partners.
• STEP qualification advantageous (support available).
• Commercial, client‑focused and collaborative mindset.
