About the role

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Worthing. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality advice to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, and succession planning.
• Advise UK‑resident individuals and families on wealth structuring and inheritance planning.
• Assist with the establishment and administration of trusts and other asset‑holding structures.
• Draft wills, trust documentation, powers of attorney, and related private client documents.
• Provide guidance on personal tax, estate, and lifetime planning matters.
• Collaborate closely with clients and professional advisers such as accountants, trustees, and financial advisers.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, NQ to 3PQE, with experience in Private Client work.
• Proven experience advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Strong technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, succession, and personal tax.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous.
