Private Client Solicitor – Leeds (3+ PQE)

About the role

Join a highly regarded specialist team in Leeds delivering complex, high‑value private client work. You will advise a loyal client base on estates, agricultural and business assets, cross‑border matters and succession planning within a supportive, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex estate administration and probate matters.
• Provide wills, trusts and estate‑planning advice.
• Handle inheritance tax planning and HMRC interactions.
• Advise on agricultural and business property relief.
• Deal with cross‑border estates and post‑death planning.
• Prepare deeds of variation, lasting powers of attorney and succession documents.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in private client law.
• Proven experience with high‑value estate administration and tax planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts and probate.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
• Interest in or existing STEP qualification is advantageous.

Required skills

• STEP qualification (or willingness to pursue).
