Private Client Solicitor – Mid Kent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established law firm in Mid Kent. You will manage a varied caseload and provide clear, practical advice to clients during key moments of their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from initial instruction to completion.
• Advise clients on wills, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax matters.
• Handle probate and estate administration, supporting executors, beneficiaries and families throughout the process.
• Deliver empathetic, professional service while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or experienced Private Client Fee Earner.
• 2‑3 years of experience handling private client matters.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration and inheritance tax.
• Excellent communication, client‑care and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
