About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor (newly qualified) or an experienced Paralegal to join a well‑established law firm in South Benfleet, Essex. You will work with a strong client base, contribute to community networking events, and benefit from clear progression pathways within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering wills, estate planning, trusts, tax considerations, powers of attorney, and inheritance matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Provide proactive client advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in firm‑wide networking and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• Extensive paralegal experience or newly qualified solicitor status in private client work.
• Demonstrated ability to handle wills, trusts, tax issues, and estate administration.
• Client‑centred mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
