Private Client Solicitor (Sale, North West England)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our well‑established firm in Sale, Greater Manchester. You will work closely with individuals and families, providing expert advice on wills, probate, estate administration and broader wealth planning matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including wills, trusts and probate applications.
• Manage probate matters from instruction through to completion.
• Support clients with lifetime and estate planning strategies.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to juggle competing priorities.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, empathetic approach to client care.
• STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) is advantageous.
