Private Client Solicitor / Senior Paralegal

About the role

The firm is expanding its private client department and seeks a motivated Private Client Solicitor or Senior Paralegal to support and grow the service offering. You will work closely with partners and other departments to capture cross‑selling opportunities and deliver high‑quality legal advice to private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on private client matters, including trusts, estates and tax planning.
• Manage client files from intake through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and review legal documents, correspondence and court filings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or experienced senior paralegal with a solid background in private client law.
• Ambitious, hard‑working and personable with a desire to progress within a growing team.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of private client legislation and practice.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing client dossiers.
