Private Client Solicitor – Wills & Trusts Specialist

About the role

Join a well‑established, reputable law firm in Knaphill, Woking, known for delivering exceptional legal services with a personal touch. We are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload, provide expert advice and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and tax planning.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality service.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs and trusts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and work independently.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
