Private Client Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are supporting a well‑established professional services firm in London that is looking for an ambitious Private Client Tax Senior Manager. The role offers exposure to high‑net‑worth individuals, complex cross‑border tax matters and clear progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review personal tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, families, trusts and offshore structures.
• Advise clients on international and cross‑border tax issues, inheritance tax planning and OMB restructuring.
• Lead HMRC enquiries, investigations and voluntary disclosures, including s9A enquiries.
• Support senior stakeholders on complex projects and business development initiatives.
• Develop junior team members and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in private client tax, ready for or already at manager level.
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and ability to build client relationships.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK private client tax legislation.
• Experience with international tax compliance and offshore structures.
