Private Clients Account Handler

About the role

This position is for a Private Clients Account Handler joining a busy high‑net‑worth (HNW) team in Central London. You will manage incoming private client work, covering servicing, renewals and account support, while developing strong technical insurance knowledge in a fast‑paced brokerage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied book of HNW private client insurance cases, handling renewals, servicing and day‑to‑day account activity.
• Support new business enquiries to add value to the team and broaden broking experience.
• Prepare accurate documentation and client correspondence, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the office to build internal relationships and support future progression.

Required profile

• Experience in private client insurance, account handling, broking support or servicing for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Confidence handling renewals, documentation and routine client queries.
• Willingness to work full‑time from a Central London office during the onboarding period.
• Either CII qualified, Dip CII qualified, or motivated to pursue professional qualifications.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, high‑standard team environment.
