Private Housekeeper for Ultra‑High Net‑Worth Family in London

About the role

A distinguished family in London seeks an experienced private housekeeper to maintain a 1,200 m² ultra‑luxury residence across four floors, including a spa, pool, sauna, hammam and gym. The role demands a discreet, “silent service” approach and meticulous attention to premium materials.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness in reception rooms, bedrooms, studies, spa facilities and gym, following daily and weekly cycles.
• Perform deep cleaning during family absences, including steam disinfection, linen inventory and detailed labelling.
• Oversee climate, air quality and technical equipment – humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, sensors and thermostat/AC settings.
• Manage full laundry cycle for delicate and high‑value garments, track dry‑clean items and ensure timely returns.
• Execute evening turndown service between 17:00‑20:00, preparing rooms, bathrooms and ambience.
• Coordinate with chef, gardener and technicians, maintain logs, report issues and uphold strict confidentiality.
• Receive, record and organise parcels, manage inventory of linens and consumables, and reorder supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in private UHNW households with a proven “silent service” approach.
• Strong knowledge of care for premium materials such as stone, solid wood, metals, leather and high‑end finishes.
• Excellent time‑management, precision, discretion and organisational skills.
• Clear, concise communication in basic English and right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of humidifiers, dehumidifiers and air purifiers.
• Use of cleaning systems and basic apps/timers for equipment control.
• Steam disinfection techniques.
• Monitoring of temperature, humidity and PM/CO₂ sensors.
• Thermostat and air‑conditioning adjustment and fault reporting.

What we offer

• Salary €3,500 – €4,000 gross per month.
