Private Jets Sales Consultant – £35k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

ACS is seeking a Private Jets Sales Consultant to manage the full sales cycle for high‑net‑worth clients seeking passenger or cargo charter services worldwide. You will work closely with a mentor during the first six months, learning the intricacies of private jet chartering while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop a sales pipeline of high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate accounts.
• Coordinate with aircraft operators to arrange seamless charter flights.
• Provide end‑to‑end service, from quotation to post‑flight follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role within luxury products or services.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn the aviation charter industry.
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable working beyond standard office hours.
• Willingness to travel frequently, often at short notice, and hold a full UK driver’s licence.
