Private Medical Insurance Account Executive

About the role

Join Gallagher Benefit Services as a Private Medical Insurance Account Executive, based in Woking. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients’ group healthcare programmes, delivering high‑quality service and supporting the broader benefits team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to Associate Consultants, Consultants and Management on client‑related matters.
• Serve as the main group healthcare contact for employers and their employees.
• Manage employee benefit schemes, including renewals, underwriting, claims handling and record maintenance.
• Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Exceed expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Cash Plans and Health Assessment policies.
• Ability to stay updated on industry and technical developments.
• Excellent communication, questioning, listening and report‑writing skills.
