About the role

Join an independent private eye clinic on Harley Street, offering a concierge‑style front‑desk experience to high‑net‑worth patients and consultants. This full‑time position blends traditional reception duties with high‑level administrative support in a luxury medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for consultants and patients, delivering a seamless, polished experience.
• Coordinate emergency surgical appointments, managing multiple consultant diaries and liaising with surgeons, technicians, nurses and anaesthetists.
• Handle all communications—face‑to‑face, telephone and email—with refined, professional language.
• Process confidential payments and respond to sensitive patient enquiries.
• Maintain operational tasks such as stock control, ordering clinical supplies and arranging maintenance services.
• Uphold immaculate personal presentation and strict confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Previous office experience in high‑net‑worth settings such as five‑star hotels, private members’ clubs, luxury fashion houses, UHNW private households or bespoke concierge services.
• Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with high‑profile individuals, consultants and private patients.
• Exceptional discretion, refined communication style and a polished personal appearance.
