Private Personal Assistant & Social Media Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Private Personal Assistant & Social Media Assistant to support a high‑profile founder and investor in London. The role is split evenly between personal/operational duties and social‑media/content responsibilities, offering a dynamic mix of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and inbox triage.
• Handle errands, household coordination, pet care and other day‑to‑day logistics.
• Stay ahead of moving parts to ensure nothing slips.
• Schedule and organise content across Substack and social platforms, tracking publishing calendars.
• Lightly edit short‑form video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts or coordinate with editors.
• Conduct research, source references and assemble material to accelerate content production.
• Manage assets, drafts and communications related to brand partnerships.

Required profile

• Based in London and able to work on‑site regularly.
• Exceptionally organized with a habit of closing loops.
• Strong sense of brand and can spot off‑brand content.
• Comfortable handling both personal assistance and content creation tasks.
• Self‑directed problem solver who prefers autonomy over checklists.
• Discreet by nature, able to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Publishing content on Instagram, TikTok and Substack.
• Creative tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
